These are the steps on how to enter Form Bank Use and Bank Disclose;
- When you select Bank products as the type of return, you'll then see the corresponding forms to fill in.
For the Bank Use form, you just need to enter the taxpayer's PIN and the date.
For the Bank Disclose form, you need to check the boxes as consent to Disclosure, then enter the date.
