These are the steps on how to enter Form 1099-SA.

A. How to add Form 1099-SA

1. From the Main Information Sheet, you'll see that the taxpayer has a Health Savings Account if #12 has code        W details. Form 8889 will automatically appear.
B. How to fill up Form 8889 in the software

Under Part I #1, check the appropriate answer.
For #2, refer to Form 1099-SA box 1, which is the Gross distribution.
If box 3 at Form 1099-SA has an amount, enter that under 14a in the software.
