- On this page, you just need to confirm under Part III. If the taxpayer has no use tax due, then click that.

- If the Taxpayer wants to file this return electronically, click Yes.
- Under 'Direct deposit of a refund is available for e-filing and paper returns,' we prefer to choose the option where the refund is deposited into a different account.
- Then, enter the bank details as needed. Please make sure they are 100% correct.

- On this form, you just need to confirm if the taxpayer has received TANF or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. Then, you're done.

D. If the Taxpayer has two states of residency in a year, you need to fill it up as shown below; the state forms you need to enter will automatically appear.
